40 years. 40 memories. 40 weeks

ESTRO continues to impress and bring out the best amongst us. I came in contact for the first time with ESTRO in 2014 as a co-authored a colleague’ abstract on prostate motion that won him the ESTRO VARIAN award. It has been an exciting journey thereon. In 2016 my e-poster on bladder and rectal filling variation was selected at ESTRO 35. The same year I was awarded with the ESTRO mobility grant which allowed me to visit the Aarhus University and meet the legendary Dr Morten Hoyer. Next year I may get to finally attend my first ESTRO Annual Congress: the mecca of all conferences.
