The Belgian SocieTy for Radiotherapy and Oncology (BeSTRO) is holding its annual Autumn Meeting on 9-10 October 2020. The Meeting will take place at Dolce in La Hulpe/Terhulpen, Belgium.

The scientific programme this year is dedicated to “Metastases: from palliation to curative intent”. The scientific committee members have concocted a particularly interesting programme, which will be presented by renowned national speakers.

The Autumn Meeting is also important for our junior members, since it is a platform where they can present the results of their scientific investigations.

Furthermore, we continue with the business meetings at which several national societies that are involved in radiation oncology, namely the  Association Belge de Radiothérapie Oncologique  (ABRO)/ Belgische Vereniging voor Radiotherapie-Oncologie (BVRO), the alliance of unions of medical specialists known as GBS/VBS, Belgian Radiation Awareness and Visibility Organization (BRAVO) and the College of Radiotherapy will present their work, goals and accomplishments.

This national meeting is a privileged moment to socialise and have a good time together. On Friday evening, 9 October, we will organise a reception and dinner which will be followed by a social event.
