As part of the ESTRO Institutional membership, you have the possibility to purchase individual memberships (minimum of 5) for your radiotherapy and oncology team with gradual discounts ranging from 5% up to 25%, depending on the number of registrations.
Conditions
Type of registered group:
Minimum 5 members registered:
- At least 2 RO specialties (from among clinician, physicist, engineer, biologist, dosimetrist, RTT, nurse) need to be represented in the group. All other specialties can also be included (except for industry representatives).
- You benefit from a 5% discount on the total fee*
From 6 to 15 members registered:
- At least 1 in training member and 2 RO specialties (from among clinician, physicist, engineer, biologist, dosimetrist, RTT, nurse) need to be represented in the group. All other specialties can also be included (except for industry representatives).
- You benefit from a 10% discount on the total fee*
From 16 to 30 members registered:
- At least 2 in training members and 3 RO specialties (from among clinician, physicist, engineer, biologist, dosimetrist, RTT, nurse) need to be represented in the group. All other specialties can also be included (except for industry representatives).
- You benefit from a 15% discount on the total fee*
From 31 to 60 members registered:
- At least 4 in training members and 3 RO specialties (from among clinician, physicist, engineer, biologist, dosimetrist, RTT, nurse) need to be represented in the group. All other specialties can also be included (except for industry representatives).
- You benefit from a 20% discount on the total fee*
More than 61 members registered:
- At least 5 in training members and 3 RO specialties (from among clinician, physicist, engineer, biologist, dosimetrist, RTT, nurse) need to be represented in the group. All other specialties can also be included (except for industry representatives).
- You benefit from a 25% discount on the total fee*

** ESTRO is an international scientific society based in Belgium and ruled according to the Belgian law. ESTRO is registered for VAT and in order to comply with the Belgian VAT laws, the Society needs to apply 21% VAT. Belgian institutes will have 21% VAT applied on their invoice (recoverable via the Belgian tax declaration) and other institutes should provide ESTRO with a valid EU VAT number in order to apply reverse charge on the VAT (otherwise 21% VAT will be added on the invoice).

Please download the application form, complete and return it to institutional-membership@estro.org Upon registration, each member from the group will receive a confirmation email with login details. A single invoice will be issued and sent to the Institute contact at the end of the membership year. For more information, please contact the ESTRO office.
